You may have noticed some recent changes to your Viralheat Daily Alerts. These emails provided a synopsis of the data being pulled for your profiles and can easily indicate the total mentions per platform and the sentiment associate with them. The look and feel may have changed but the information provided is still the same.
The snapshot above shows the new look of the Daily Alerts Email. Profiles that have been added to your account will be displayed across the top and total mentions and sentiment have been enlarged to highlighted the important numerical data. Scrolling through the email, you will find analytics for each profile.
